"Emergency" was in the air this week. The UK became the first country to declare "an environment and climate emergency." The Anglican Communion became the first global religious body to recognize a climate emergency. And I was honored to participate in the annual prayer breakfast of the National Religious Coalition for Creation Care which released its interfaith declaration of an unprecedented human emergency.
